Seriously, there was no news about the so called reverse merger in the First quarter because it didn’t completed to right after it ended…. And they were as they said ready to go March 31st and here we are having gone through the whole second quarter with no news… very Matt like by the way and are we to learn of what’s goi g on through a filing at the OTC, I can see where this would cause a lot of excitement…not. If their first announcement is an RS - we’ll need I say how painful that is going to be.
