They can not have Audited results for 1 huge reason .
If you look at the financials at one point around Feb .Roger had 1.125 Billion shares that were Not Restricted Then he canceled I guess all of them . it stated that they were from a convertible note then amended to services then back again . You CAN NOT cancel unrestricted stock , It must be bought back on the open market and returned to treasury .
That never happened
