IMO we are easily going to .01 or higher. As I've said many times, that'll happen after the courts have cleared, after filings (most likely), and probably before a R/M & sale. Saying it's going to hit that isn't a pump (nor is it a guarantee), and any investor who does a smidgen of their own DD on how custodianships work would know this (or they can read the many posts on this board about it).
