On August 21st common restricted shares were issued to the main members of the LLC for a complete acquisition. The three main members who were paid out were, Justin Costello who was paid $23,920,000 in an all stock purchase. Gregory Haynes who was paid $6,440,000 in an all stock purchase, and Kim Melbye who was paid $6,440,000 in an all stock purchase. The total stock purchase equated to $36,800,000.00 (thirty six million eight-hundred thousand dollars).
