Within high risk group, they didn't do Multikine + no chemo vs no Multikine +chemo. This comparison will show whether Multikine is possible to replace chemo or not.

The high risk group used chemo post surgery on the Multikine arm. So that does not replace it. There is no comp at all in this trial that ever could suggest replacing chemo regardless of results.

As far as the results in the high risk group, again there is no data at all on this.

And further, since you do not know if the patient is high risk or not until after surgery, you can not have a label that suggests treating low risk only. How can they get approved for a group that can not possibly be determined?
