Not gonna happen anytime soon. If they want to uplist to Nasdaq, they need a pps of $4 and to maintain that for 30 days. That would require a 1/1000 r/s at current levels and they would never maintain it. They will pump this up first before doing a r/s. Probably the .03/.04+ area.
