He has not even verified the profile which takes 5 minutes to do.

There is zero reason to not get current, to be in compliance with the new reporting rules and to provide a simple PR to shareholders stating what to anticipate going forward as he said he was going to do in January.

This has led me to believe that he will wipe out shareholders and start over, so he has no reason to say anything, has no reason to prevent the stock from getting delisted and so forth because he has no plans to inlcude current shareholders in the new company
