No one is accumulating anything. This happens to 1000's of stocks on a daily BASIS on all the major exchanges!
It's a "wash sale", MM's catching up at the end of the trading. It's a buy and sell with the exact same volume numbers.
Don't fall for anything said here or by the company. It's a shake and bake or pump and dump!
Also don't believe the SS, eventually the SEC will catch up to what's management been doing over the 2 1x2 years!
Disgraceful is an understatement and THIS IS COMING FROM ONE OF MANY DISGRUNTLED INVESTORS (LIKE MYSELF) WHO TOOK THE HOOK LINE AND SINKER and took EZRA AT HIS WORD.
I SURE HOPE HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY MIRRORS in his PENTHOUSE SUITE!

Why are you so sure it is a wash sale or pump and dump? Have you called your brokerage to ask them to look at the tape or is it your opinion?
Also, if you do not mind please explain why you do not believe the SS.
