Yep, according to the SEC. OTCMarkets didn’t decide to take on this task on their own, CACH is delinquent SEC reporting. First it’s important to know the rules and the various forms and their designation. One is to INITIATE, One is to TERMINATE. CACH never filed a form 15 and Yes it is REQUIRED if they wanted to suspend Reporting obligations, i.e., Notice of Termination of Registration. I don’t have a single doubt in my mind.

Just like I didn’t have a Single doubt in my mind about the FALSE / FAKE claim regarding the “TA being gagged”. That was FAKE & FALSE, Again.
