That would be a great question to ask him.

My thoughts and ONLY my thoughts are that every word said could possibly cause trouble with Sec.

I know that just a simple Press release takes days to get handled even after it's written and done. Lawyers need to look at everything before it's put out because one wrong word can lead to troubles.
