LOL!!! Okey Dokey…
1. First the TA is “gagged” nonsense was completely Proven to be FALSE.

2. Next the claim that CACH was registered under Section 12(b) NOT 12(g) was DEBUNKED.

3. Then the nonsensical claim that CACH has no filing requirements - WRONG Still.

4. And that a Form 25 only needs to be “initiated”…NONSENSE Again.

So please, Let’s see proof of this Reverse Merger. I think that’s a novel idea, but sorry, unless I see documented and Verifiable PROOF, it’s merely another baseless claim, again.
