I listened to the webcast and learned quite a lot. These folks are serious. They are thoughtful, avoided overstating the state of the art. They don't need or want to reinvent non core parts, and have a solid track record to build out a new product/industry.
I think i understood they are setting up a production facility in NY already, which is positive. They will have a leasing arrangement. They mentioned local production of hydrogen at landfill sites and (Republic) was given as an example of potential efficiency for end users.

I figure it has been time well spent.
