These are mostly the Edelman related emails which Bass was trying to
convince the court were all related to legal advice. UDF fought for
that part of the discovery since 2018. the key here is that the
strategy Bass employed was not connected to being right or wrong.
it was all done in order to reach a certain resolution regardless
of the facts. the FBI & SEC guys seem to be working in tandem
towards the same results and these emails help to understand the
amount of coordination they had with Bass.
