I had to call the fraud/security division at Bank of America (877) 242-6550.

I tell them that I need all requests for a transfer/withdrawal to crypto.com approved for the following 24 hour time period.

The party that is pulling the funds is identified as CRO.

I establish the DEBIT CARD info in my crypto.com app. When I "buy" a coin I am asked to provide the card CVV number.

Purchase is then processed.
