with all the great things in their favor, millions of dollars on hand, valuable permits and leases of huge, desirable swaths of land, essentially zero corporate debt, amazing subsidiaries, global exchanges, heavy-hitter financial shareholder entities, billions all but confirmed of dollars of Oil in the ground, potential imminent buyout, massive daily volume, huge speculative wave here, etc, etc, WHY THE HELL IS THIS STOCK STILL STRUGGLING to stay over .02?
