History does not inspire confidence in the prospects of a quick PR; however, Larry purposely picked today to begin SOMA trading.

He will need to do something quickly to keep the PPS up (notice the late-day decline in PPS over there, SOMA at 2.60 euros). I expect a PR around midnight EST, timed for Frankfurt pre-market.
