Great article. One of the soundest decisions Warren Buffett has ever made was bringing Ted Weschler and Todd Compbs on Board to run the investment arm of BRK long term. BRK will not skip a beat in terms of the investment side of the business when Warren and Charlie Munger are no longer around.
