Actually, there are two Mm's OTCX, ETRF.

Option 1: They went on vacation with each other early.

Option 2: They have received notification prior to public disclosure of Name change and have "logged off" in preparation to change over to new ticker symbol. This may be done because they are not looking to acquire any
more shares under old symbol prior to name change and audit.
