I called the UPZS "auditor" a few days ago and asked him a couple of questions because I wanted some clarification. Here is what I concluded from talking with him.

It is my understanding that there is no minimum share price requirement of $1.00 to be listed on the BB. I was under the impression from the conference calls that the share price had to be at a $1.00 to trade on the BB. Did I miss something???????

Auditing only takes about two weeks.

It is my opinin that the only thing holding up the audit is the merger.

Any thoughts?????
