So rewriting in the way most of us are familiar with this...
"The total cases in the country stand at 2,49,65,463, including 2,11,74,076 recoveries and 2,74,390 reported deaths. There are currently 35,16,997 active cases."

....would read as:
"The total cases in the country stand at 24,965,463, including 21,174,076 recoveries and 274,390 reported deaths. There are currently 3,516,997 active cases."

Is that right? The components DO add to the total case number.
