(the "Company" or "VSBLTY") (CSE: VSBY) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced public offering of 18,400,000 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of $0.50 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $9,200,000 (the "Offering"), including the full exercise of the Agent's (as defined herein) over-allotment option.
