InvestSource, Inc. Forced to Suspend Relationship With Amore TV, Inc.

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/24/07 -- InvestSource, Inc., a multi-media public relations/investor relations firm specializing in bringing small- and micro-cap companies to the attention of the broader public, announced today that the Company has been forced to suspend all efforts on behalf of its client Amore TV, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ATVR), due to apparent internal dissention within the management of Amore TV.

InvestSource President Roy Sahachaisere stated, "Until the issue is resolved as to precisely who is empowered to make decisions for Amore TV, we are unable to continue to represent them and are immediately suspending all operations conducted in the service of ATVR. For obvious reasons, we cannot in good conscience accept compensation for services to the company until we are assured that those who authorized the retention of our company have the authority to do so." He added, "This is in no way a negative assessment of the viability of Amore TV as a business or of its operations. We have every confidence that this will be resolved to the satisfaction of all."
