If you know about the company you would know about the prior management of HPIL.

Stephen Brown came in 2-3 months ago and is actively running a business and trying to clean up the company.

Old management led my Nitin destroyed the company and fled from the debt they created AND somehow got themselves a lawsuit.

Stephen Brown walked into it all and cleaned it up with his own money.

The huge amount of notes from the prior management/company is out of Mr.Browns control

What other move could he have made?

AS already reduced by a significant amount from what it was 200B -> 60B. Plans on reducing it further because he sees no point in it being that high. The same is said about the entire SS.

The man is doing a lot.
A little more than 2-3 months and you should be satisfied

NOW we have a real clean slate and the old companies ghosts have been tossed out of the closet, into a dumpster fire where they belong.
