Same thing happened when AS went from 18B to 200B. There is a sick delay from Wyoming SOS to OTCM TA verification. Took 2 months to see 200B AS on OTCM after Wyoming SOS filing of the increase which hapoened prior to SBs arrival.

Better believe investors here know this and will capitalize on any dip opportunity.
