they cant have sold any stock as they have yet to exercise their warrants. Did amazon report the "profit" made on the sales - no as they didn't sell anything they never bought.

they have vested - so the number and price are set but they have to exercise them to get the stock and then they can sell it.

amazing how "investment" journalists do not understand the basics of corporate deals.
