I do not believe that Schatzi will have near enough revenues/assets to warrant a market cap of $400M-$800M especially if they go QX, QX companies are valued much closer to big board companies to pink sheets with values of mining related companies being .7x-1x assets.

I would think Schatzi would not have much in assets, $10M being generous, so a value on QX would be closer to $10M with $20M being high for a mining related company
