Actually I still think Dave is a shady business guy. My impression of Benito is slightly better. They didn't "do the right thing" for LAHO shareholders because their moral compass directed them to act that way. Maybe it's my 35 years running a business in New York City that makes me skeptical and cynical of this whole situation. Happy to get some of my Money back but let's not put these guys on a pedestal.
