I think Blur had some good ideas to try to purchase the silver mining claims for a combined $1000 purchase price for one year...then owning the abandoned mining claims to provide to a potential take over company, reverse merger company for WPMLF...

If he did not follow through on his attempt to legally adhere to and control this situation, establishing his 6 month Canadian residency to apply to purchase the mining claims, then any Canadian citizen can apply immediately to pay the $1000 to buy the claims to have as an inexpensive asset to maybe put together a doable deal... Just some thoughts...fwiw
