There doesn't have to be an "agenda" for one to point out the shortcomings of a publicly traded Co.

Sure there are better things that us pessimists could be doing. Maybe we just don't like seeing a Co. and it's management blatantly lie to people who are investing their money into something that will never amount to a hill of beans.

Maybe it's a hobby. You appear to enjoy boating and fishing, I'm glad you gain enjoyment from it.
