SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:

I just spoke with OTC Markets OTCIQ analysts, who informed me that finally, SUTI's application was moved to the "final billing" stage. That means that they will send me the invoice, sometime tomorrow, which of course I will cover, and we will have our OTCIQ codes within 48 hours. So, all the inquiries, (over a dozen this past year), are done and satisfied by OTC Markets. We will be uploading the files.

FYI, just a quick reminder. SEC June 30th deadline, only required OTC Markets companies to have OTCIQ membership application submitted and "on file" BEFORE June 30th. In which case, all of our companies were and are "on time". The second, September 30th deadline, is by when all the Disclosure and financials had to be submitted and uploaded to the OTC Markets VIA OTCIQ "back office" membership.
