UDF have good lawyers so they make a strong case, but we do not have
the defense story yet. I believe that, if nothing else, these
government people should have a problem with the government itself.
I think the chances look pretty good for the IV and rest of the funds
as far as damages and for the old equity holders the prospects of
damages also look decent.
