IMHO, the girls ran out of money when their medical tourism business was brought to a halt last year.

They owed money to Sand for the website work In February, Didn’t have the funds to pay them so gave them the public shell In lieu of money.

Interesting to see what the new CEO plans are since he already operating a public company.
