It seems like they are working on something behind the scenes to add value here. I think that is great. However, to say that it is bigger than the patents, in my opinion is a bit of a stretch. I would like like to hear how it is bigger than the patents. Also the statements about the judge doing us a favor with the delay - how is that helpful here? The CAFC may not even hear the case or if they do - it is a longshot to get it overturned. Also, if the decision was rigged with Casper, as L4BC suggested, why wouldn't this be rigged also? Maybe they do a merger of some sort and it salvages the company and boosts PPS. Kidrin seems to be all in on the CBD and marijuana craze. It's possible they could make some $$ with that as the political climate seems open to expanding the marijuana space.
