I’ve raised a lot of these same points though not as eloquently. Bottom line, price doesn’t lie. For months, we heard those pumping without substance say how great the high 7-figure funding would be, and we’d see a rocketing price after its announcement. Well, the market doesn’t lie. Look what we do see.....a falling price because of many SERIOUS red flags with this toxic funding and error riddled S-1. One great thing about the market is price action tells the tale.....
