Rule 144 only applies to former shell companies that are mandatory SEC reporting issuers which CRSM is not. The only exemption that applies to CRSM is 4(a)(1) which carries a 2 year holding period….. so I am right, and yes the construction company is real with, the address is in 2828 coral way miami fl 33145, you can take a trip to Miami and see for yourself, also the pictures are not from internet, are from real projects, if you want I can ask and send you the details with name and addresses.
