Keep the Change - Good and Bad

You are right, Keep the Change does help people save a little bit of money... That is particularly good for those who have trouble saving.

I am concerned, however, that those with marginal savings rates might not fully comprehend that the money is coming from their checking account. If they have a small checking account, the automatic withdrawal might lead to an over-draft... and fee. Not a very good thing for those who can least afford it.... The overdraft might be a result of writing a check which would have been good except for the sum of the Keep the Change withdrawals since the last statement.

I wonder if BAC has a policy to either prevent such unexpected overdrafts or forgiveness of the fee?
