Not negative, just truthful. Miguel Sanchaz may know a bit about financial institutions, but imo he knows squat about being a CEO of a public company. The most important thing is integrity and honesty. The last pr was vague and misleading, don't believe me, ask those who sold. His website says Gold Quest Capital soon to merge with AVVH, nothing mentioned about Omnis. It may be temporary, but be straight about it, and why it had to be done.
I may buy back in, depending on the next week or so, as I believe that it will be below .04 soon, and even below .02 if nothing changes. If he can fund GQG without a public offering, he needs to say so, explain where the funding will come from, if you want people to buy in. Give short term and long term goals that are reasonable. I know GQC is not merged with AVVH yet so this is something that he cannot elaborate on just yet, but his decision to get this done they way it has unfolded, leaves me questioning the future.
