Hey Benoit! MVNO nowhere! Say it isn't so!

Expect continued slide and final failure of TNW Wireless. Wholly owned subsidiary of UAMA.

All on top of highly troubled and compromised Blockdomes. Latest news on Blockdomes re on-going land-use violations and dispute with local power utility that resulted in creditor protection filing.

In latest 2020 YE and 1Q, 2Q (2021) PINK DISCLOSURES there is mention of MVNO initiative.

UAMA should tell us now about progress of the MVNO:

1) Got an agreement with facilities-based carrier to resell service?

2) Got roaming agreements with US and International carriers?

3) Got approved billing system up and running and ready for test?

4) Got 4G EPC core up and running?

5) Got old 3G cellular network up and running or still dark (believed first dark in 2018)?

6) Got arrangements in place for "store fronts" in BC and the Yukon?

7) Got arrangements in place to hire, train and deploy retail and business sales force?

8) Got arrangements in place to source, inventory and fulfill customer sign-ups?

9) Got 24/7/365 tier 1 customer support in place to serve subscribers?

Surprise us! Explain measurable progress on the MVNO initiative? Heck maybe shock us and outline the plan with specific launch dates etc.

BTW nothing seen in the Canadian wireless industry news sources to suggest any progress!
