IMO if they get the votes for the shares it will give the HF’s a chance and they will try to kick the can down the road in hopes AMC will offer the shares in January and give them a chance to get out or drive the PPS down. AMC has plenty cash I agree I have voted no as well they can ask again after the squeeze has happened. AMC has thrown water on the fire a few times when we had good runs starting I really don’t think they’re timing was optimal by any means. When AMC did the previous vote on 500million shares that was a great Chess move by AA the shorts thought they would be able to exit no problem and doubled down probably helped to get them buried even more in this trade. The bottom line is they are screwed and all we have to do is wait and buy a few here and there.
