By new money I am assuming you mean newbies buying shares of RTON?

MMs have been strong over the last 4 months in supporting a very lucrative trade: Shorts. New SEC rulings have or will weaken their prowess somewhat but KNOW they will retain substantial strength in determining a ticker's pps.

It does take high volume to defer MMs strength and wish to cover the short side of trade. They no longer perform as intended: enhance the effectiveness of supply and demand. They now detract from it and focus on manipulation to encourage short activity rather than retail.

As I have stated, volume of trade is a growing determinate. Even MMs do not have unlimited supply of shares and have been recently been hindered by SEC to 'creating them' at will. So when trade volume increased to 100M a day at RTON, the price went up as it SHOULD be doing in spite of its O/S. RTON is still considered undervalue in my book.

I think more newbies are getting wind and seeing the potential here. Increasing volume in trade will continue for some time now.
