I'd like to think that I'm not lucky so far and that I just followed the procedure in transferring and buying and so forth. I do recall telling friends and relatives to buy SAFEMOON this way along with a step by step YouTube video and some had nothing but issues and said they gave up. I asked for them to give me their phone and I will buy it for them. 2 minutes later they had SAFEMOON. So I don't know what they did to cause themselves issues or if Bitmart really sucks and I'm lucky, but we must take our time to make our purchases and re check before you push send or buy or sell etc. Take your time. Follow instructions to the T to avoid issues. Hopefully this helps.
