Being fed Insider information and using said info to attack every aspect of a publicly-traded company and manipulating the price of the stock through FUD (fear, uncertainty and deception) are ILLEGAL and taken very seriously by the SEC.

I sure wouldn't want to be on the wrong side of an SEC investigation.
