Go look up nano technology on generators.
Humans have the ability to create mini-generators that can produce enough energy for an entire block of houses.
So, just pop two of these min-generators on 2 wheels of a vehicle.
75% of the power produced goes to powering the vehicle, the other 25% charges a battery for starting.
That's a self powered car, no fuel required, and it is NOT a pipe dream.
ONLY reason I never did this is because Big Automobile and Big Gas will be very, very angry and not too happy about the threat to their multi-billion dollar companies.
