Most companies do not file and immediately PR their submission timing. This one did. The CT team has been more transparent and straight shooting than any other OTC pink ticker I have ever seen.

If we wanna get into semantics, no issue here.

The stop sign is still up, of course, you can see it there on OTCM plain as day - but it is not a reflection of CT Ltds submission status. I have suggested, and even contacted OTCM about it, that if they dont have the staffing and logistics to get disclosures processed in a more timely manner, then at least add a status flag of "disclosures received, in processing" so that "by the book" companies like CT Ltd dont get penalized by the market simply for following policy.
