I can see the need for naked shorts or over orders on the float due to process but I think it should be less than 10% and should be settled weekly at a minimum. The only fair way to do any stock would to only allow the float to be shorted or long so if we are at 502million shares it should never pass 550,200,000 shares ever. It’s really screwed up when you think about it how did it come to this? Pure greed!
