They were working on a pot breathalyzer.
they were taking it to trade shows testing it. They were reporting financials at that time. Then there was an investigation by the FBI into the company. hich tanked the stock. 3 people took a plea but the person that was trying to get this to market did not plea. He kept going to court and 4 years later according to court documents seems like the Prosecution has been putting deals on the table. And in the last week it shows its been sealed. What has I have no idea.
