OTC Pink filing requirements to remove stop sign is 2 annuals + interim quarters. Since CT PRd their submission of disclosures in Apr'21 then, presumably, the filing package would have included financials for the 2019 annual, 2020 annual, 2021 Q1, and the disclosure statement.

SB mentioned on the last CC that he had auditors workn on it so we probly wont see an attorney letter.
