I'd be happy to be part of a class action. However, lawsuits aren't cheap or fast. Lots of up front money or ~35% of the final settlement.

One question now would be, why does the NI 43-101 being complete have anything to do with STHC (Schatzi) being brought current.

Looks more and more like we're just being slow-rolled.
