You focus on a myriad of negative scenarios. If Miguel started business 10+ years ago, and kept thinking "what if it doesn’t work out" he would have been a failure within six months.
By the way, I would welcome a reverse split if Miguel Sanchez issued one . A higher share price initiates tutes accumulation. I have seen many r/s of revenue generating companies continue to rise in share price after the split. Not all r/s are bad.
Migual is not here to figure out ways to screw investors, nor stay in the OTC. His path is to the Nasdaq or NYSE > AND GROW REVENUES EXPONENTIALLY > just like his track record @ GQG.

By the way, I wonder how many questions you would have for Steve Jobs when he first started APPLE in the garage of his parents house, initially building the Macs.

Investors here have patience. Each upcoming week will be filled with answers. It appears that both investors and traders are riding an upside trend. No equity goes up every day. Although I have been in some stocks that have had an upside run for 12 days. Apple and Tesla have had a few of those runs.

Will GQC raise capital with public offering is also a question for some. I understand the objective is to get investors involved, and I've done some DD on leverage for lending institutions, but what if it doesn't work out. What will Miguel do? What needs to happen quickly is Omnis needs to transfer AVVH into GQC, and get the symbol changed. If that is not going to happen until after share cancellation, that needs to be said. Once that happens, clarity from Miguel regarding funding GCG loans needs to be made for shareholders. Otherwise this will continue to sink.
