Correct me if I'm wrong...

1.). Scotus just said the gov't wasn't wrong with Hera or the NWS which pretty much wipes out the en banc victory, correct?

2.). So what court now is going do what to help Us (I know the 5th-but this could be a disaster as well or not and please say why)? Scotus said takings at one point in hearing and now saying we have right to go forward on constitutional part of this because now the FHFA is unconstitutional-but Alito made this part very questionable to say the least.

I don't see this stock even though I still own 100k doing anything unless we get thrown a bone by Admin which I don't see happening anytime soon.

Please give your thoughts on my 2 questions above.
